We want you to love your sculpture. Because each piece is individually cast, hand-painted, and hand-finished, every sculpture has its own unique character.

Standard Collection

Eligible sculptures may be returned if you contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Once a return is approved, the sculpture must be shipped back within 7 calendar days, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The sculpture must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on returns made due to a change of mind or personal preference.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
All returns must be authorized by us before they are shipped back.

Handmade Variations

Every sculpture is individually cast, painted, and finished by hand. Variations in color, texture, shading, surface character, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade concrete artwork and are not considered defects. This includes hairline surface crazing, efflorescence (a white mineral bloom that can appear on concrete), and natural weathering on pieces placed outdoors.

Damaged Shipments

If your sculpture arrives damaged, please photograph the package and the sculpture, and keep all packaging materials. Do not attempt repairs without contacting us first.

For Standard Collection pieces, please report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery. For Reserve Collection pieces, damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Custom & Commissioned Work

Custom, commissioned, personalized, and made-to-order sculptures are non-refundable, except when they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed-upon specifications.

Please contact us before returning any sculpture. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

FULL RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. About Our Sculptures

Each sculpture we create is individually cast from a concrete compound, then carefully hand-painted and finished.

Because our work is handmade, no two sculptures are exactly alike. Variations in color, texture, surface character, shading, and finish are inherent characteristics of handmade artwork and are part of what makes each piece unique.

We carefully inspect every sculpture before it leaves our studio and take great care in preparing each piece for shipment.

Our return policy is designed to give our customers a fair experience while protecting the integrity of each individual work of art.

2. Standard Collection

Returns

We accept returns of eligible Standard Collection sculptures when the customer contacts us within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Once a return has been approved and return authorization has been provided, the sculpture must be shipped back within 7 calendar days, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

To be eligible for a return:

The sculpture must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
The sculpture must not have been altered, repaired, refinished, painted, modified, or otherwise changed.
The sculpture must not have been damaged through improper handling, installation, storage, or use.
All original components, accessories, and documentation should be included.
Original packaging and protective materials should be used whenever possible.
The sculpture must be securely packaged for return shipment.
The customer must obtain return authorization before shipping the sculpture back.

Return Shipping

For returns made due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a fully insured shipping service with tracking and signature confirmation.

The sculpture must be securely packaged in its original packaging whenever possible, or in packaging of comparable protective quality.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs during a customer-arranged return shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned sculpture, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the requirements of this policy.

If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for customer-initiated returns, unless the return is the result of an error on our part or the sculpture arrived damaged or defective.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed after the returned sculpture has been received and approved.

3. Handmade Variations

Our sculptures are individually cast, hand-painted, and hand-finished.

Small variations between sculptures, and between each sculpture and the photographs shown on our website, are expected and are not considered defects.

These may include:

Slight differences in color or tone
Variations in paint application
Natural surface texture
Minor variations in casting
Subtle differences in shading or finish
Small surface characteristics resulting from the handmade casting process
Hairline surface crazing
Efflorescence (a white mineral bloom common to concrete)
Natural weathering on pieces placed outdoors

Photographs may also look different depending on lighting, camera settings, and your monitor or device settings.

These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of our work and are not grounds for a return when the sculpture is otherwise consistent with its description.

4. Damage During Shipping

We take great care in packaging every sculpture, but damage can occasionally occur during transit.

Please inspect your package and sculpture as soon as possible after delivery.

If the exterior packaging shows visible damage, please photograph the package before opening it, when possible.

After opening the package, please photograph:

The exterior of the package
The interior packaging
The sculpture and any visible damage
Any broken or damaged components
The shipping label

Please keep the original packaging and all packing materials until we have completed our review.

Reporting Damage

For Standard Collection sculptures, please notify us of shipping damage within 7 days of delivery.

For Reserve Collection sculptures, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances and the nature of the damage, the resolution may include repair, replacement, or a refund.

Please do not attempt to repair a damaged sculpture without contacting us first.

5. Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive a sculpture that is materially different from the one you ordered, or if the sculpture has a defect attributable to our workmanship, please contact us promptly.

We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund.

Normal characteristics of handmade casting, painting, and finishing are not considered defects.

6. Items That Can Not Be Returned

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Custom or commissioned sculptures
Sculptures that have been altered, repaired, or modified without our written approval
Sculptures damaged well after delivery due to improper handling, installation, storage, or use
Sculptures that have been exposed to conditions inconsistent with their intended use

7. Exchanges

Because many of our sculptures are one-of-a-kind or available in limited quantities, exchanges may not be possible.

If you would like a different sculpture, please contact us before returning your purchase. If the piece you want is available, we will discuss your options with you.

8. Return Authorization

Please do not ship a sculpture back without contacting us first.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for safely returning the sculpture.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.

9. Damage to a Returned Sculpture

A returned sculpture must arrive in the same condition in which it was sold.

If a returned sculpture arrives damaged, altered, incomplete, or inadequately packaged, we reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to deduct the reasonable cost of repairing the damage, replacing missing components, or restoring the sculpture to its original condition.

We will contact you before making any deduction or adjustment to your refund.

10. Shipping Delays

We provide estimated processing and shipping times on our website and at checkout.

Because each sculpture is individually inspected and prepared for shipment, processing times may vary by piece.

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase. If circumstances prevent us from shipping an order within that timeframe, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law.
